Our case management also includes financial planning, building trusted relationships, and enhancing job interview skills. We focus on helping residents forge healthy relationships within the recovery community, aid in securing personal documents like IDs, and meticulously plan for discharge and transition. This holistic approach empowers residents to move towards a productive, independent life post-recovery.
